This website is terrific. As a pilot I was able to input my flight data into their system that takes into account a multitude of factors regarding my position on the aircraft, type of jet I fly, location where my operation is based along with a few other specifics and within moments have a salary number generated with excellent data to support that number. I was able to take the data generated from the report and take it back to my boss & use it to help me negotiate for an increase in pay without just requesting an increase and nothing but my desire for an increase to support me. I was worried paying $350 would be too much and would turn out to be wasted but I’m glad I took the risk & made the plunge because the salary increase I got made up for the money spent to get the report! I will definitely use it again in the future with future job opportunities in the pilot industry.
