About the Creator

The AirComp Calculator™ was created by Dr. Chris Broyhill, one of the industry’s most respected authorities on business aviation compensation. An industry veteran with over 38 years of experience, Dr. Broyhill has led several scientific research projects concerning personnel retention, compensation, and leadership on behalf of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) since 2017. His research and expertise on the subjects of retention and compensation have led to his engagement to perform compensation analyses for hundreds of business aviation operators. The data he has generated is in use by two national management companies, many small management companies, and several hundred clients, including numerous Fortune 500 flight departments.
